Rear window seal bonding

Has anybody had the rear window/hatch rubber seal become detached?
The car lives in the garage so not seeing signs of wet in the boot but went to check the oil for MoT and noticed that there's section down passenger side that is no longer bonded to the window
Is there a specific bond to use or will this need to go to dealers to get bonded or even replaced?
The car is 2018 PE, is it likely to be covered by warranty?

My 2018 PE had the same, I used gorilla clear glue and held it in place with lots of wooden clothes pegs, worked a treat
