A real long shoot!!

I need to send my chimaera front shocks and springs off for refurb. Does anyone have a set of knackered ones that I could borrow to put on car to keep it rolling (NOT driving) whilst they are being done. My garage isnt quite big enough to work on both sides.

I'm in Hastings.

I've seen people use a length of wood with a hole drilled through each end to slide the bolt through, it's enough to hold the weight of the car up.
