Somebody's put a dink in my door & Tesco's are telling me the car needs to go to the above local approved repairer.

Has anyone had any dealings with them, good comments on here please & bad, if any, by email.

Not had any dealings with them but do phone them and chek they'll work on GRP.
When my neighbour reversed into my chim my insurers tried to insist that I take my car to their approved repairer, on phoning them they stated they didn't have the expertise to repair my bodywork and so wouldn't do the job.

You do not have to accept their recommendation. Ensure you take it to an approved GRP repair shop and accept no alternative.

Yes that is definately the case, you are entitled to take your car to whichever repairer you wish. What may happen is the Insurance company may say they will not give you a courtesy car, but I would suspect any reputable bodyshop will be delighted to have your business and give you a courtesy car.

We use Bagleys or Mick Hadleys, both in Stourbridge.
