Wiper problems.

Hi,
I'm looking for some help with wiper problems,
1997 Griff 500 please.
I only have the wipers working on the second stage, no intermittant wipers and they do not park.
So I bought a new park switch, fitted it, ignition on and no wipers on any stage, nothing.
Refitted the old switch, the same nothing.
Checked for 12 volts at the connector, nothing.
Wiper fuse blown, so replaced fuse, refitted new park switch, fuse blew immediately, refitted original park switch, wipers now working as they previously did, no park, no intermittant, stage 2 works.
It seems that the fuse is blowing with the new park switch fitted.
Any help with this much appreciated.

I replaced wiper switch and wiper relay with similar issues and it fixed everything.

Had the same issue with my Griffith. 100% the wiper relay.

Thanks for the advice, I replaced the relay, and now, all working as it should.
