I know I'm all excited by my new 450SE, but...

How about some photos of the owners' rides, as of now?

The Wedge forum is a bit quiet, compared to some of the other TVR forums...
Let's all get inspired again!

These are both mine on a visit to my local. Both are smelly, smokey and noisy on the road but it's not right that the one on the right is worth 4 times the one on the left.

Brilliant idea as there’s nothing like a good wedge picture.
Funny as I also love a good steam engine.
My great uncle made me a steam engine as a kid all from off cuts of metal and turned everything on his lathe.
He was rather famous for repairing cars for penny’s in the Welsh valleys in his tin garage and he set off my love of engines ever since.
Tvr must also be famous for attracting blokes who love nothing more than repairing cars that look and go very well and all for a few quid.
That make do and fix it with whatever’s at hand is a marvellous approach and probably why we won the war,,,,,
I could have spent another few grand recently putting my Chim back on the road but working with a great scientist and engineer friend has saved me a fortune and the satisfaction you get from that is priceless.

I'm guessing there isn't really much of the old bus left apart from (some of) the outer shell? The chassis wasn't great 25 years ago so I don't imagine the stresses of racing will have been kind to it. Can't believe it was almost 30 years ago when I bought it... yikes

It is pretty heavily modified (racing in Modsports) but I doubt the old chassis and trailing arm suspension could have coped with the Speed 6 engine the car is running now. Still a great looking car and pretty competitive considering some of the wild & wacky machines it races against. Particularly strong recovery drive at Oulton Park last month from the back of the grid to finish 7th if my memory serves me well, to be fair Ian can peddle it well as well as build it.
