Audi S3 8V Stage 3 - DSG Rattling noise

Hi all, I bought my S3 a couple months back, it’s Stage 3 running around the 480bhp mark. Recently I have started to hear a few different rattles coming from the car, the car seems to drive perfect but the noises do concern and annoy me while driving.
When the car changes gear, maybe less than a second after I get a weird rattle best way I can describe it would be like a tub of screws being shook, this lasts for just a moment before disappearing, the noise comes back when I’m off the throttle just rolling at speeds around 20-30mph but this time sounds almost like a bike chain, as soon as I put any pressure on the pedal it disappears until I try to speed up and the rattle comes back louder but of course harder to hear properly because of the road noise.
From what I can tell the noises all seem to come from the same place nearer the front of the car, so I don’t think it’s my exhaust rattling at the back. I’ve seen a few people mention in other forums about getting the DSG mapped again as that’s sorted their symptoms out. Before I go down that road I just wanted to know if anyone has any other ideas or have had similar noises themselves.
