I've read a few older threads about this and it seems a pretty safe change to make, but just wanted to double check that the below is okay:

- Planning on fitting 205/50/16 tyres as these will keep the rolling radius about the same as the existing 205/55/15s that are on there
- I'm hoping I won't need to add spacers, but if I do I can start with 5mm ones
- I'll keep 225/50/16 on the back for now
- I'm torquing the wheel nuts to 102Nm (75ft/lb) when re-fitting the wheels
- Once everything is installed take the car for a 4 wheel alignment

After this change is made I'll have a set of 4 x 15" Imolas that I'll list for sale at some point, but if anyone is interested in purchasing these you can shoot me a message with an offer.

I've got 16" rears on the front with 225/45s , no spacers... but rack stops to top fouling the wishbones on full lock.

205 50 16's will work great and you will not push these beyond limits on the road trust me , but yes rack stops will be needed

I've done this modification too, same size of tyres but with 10mm spacers and longer studs. This is not touching.
