It’s not so much size but quality and support of the pad.

Which bibs have a more substantial pad that will offer me more comfort than the usual thin,cheap foam put in by most manufacturers.

Fat Lad at the Back are well regarded for kit. The Jacamo for roadies.

Galibier also do fuller size bibs.

I'm not huge, but I'm not classic road cyclist build (5'8, 85kg) and I find Castelli's Endurance range to be very, very comfortable, if a bit expensive.

Im 5’10” and 100kg

Usually buy DHB, but Wiggle are their main seller and stock hasn’t been great this year, unsurprisingly.
I think DHB will start to stock other suppliers or they risk going under…..

I’d buy FLATB but being outside the UK, risk import duties now.
