Hi,
No - you should not fit 2nd generation seats into a 1st generation car. The first generation Continental GT (BY614) - 2004 - 2011 cars were mostly fitted with integrated belt seats, based around the Hammerstein seat frame (same basic concept as the Ferrari 456GT and others). The Supersports versions had fixed carbon seats - comfort spec notwithstanding.
For the second generation Continental GT family (BY624) - 2011 - 2018 - the seats were changed and the basic seat frame came from the Audi A5, with the seatbelts moved to the B post. The seat crossmembers, which the seats mount onto, were heavily redesigned between the 1st and 2nd generation cars to reflect the evolution of the US Federal side crash requirements.
So - even if you did manage to get the holes to line up, you'd need to work out how to make the seat belts work in the earlier car.
