Early start before the heat hit, took about 4 hours in total and most of that was jacking up the car and removing the front under tray and the rear diffuser.
The old ones from my PE are free to anyone who would like them🤓.
All set for Donington on Wednesday evening😃.

Did you need like an impact wrench or any particular grease or other thing that would defeat someone without experience?

Very easy job once you get the under trays off. The drop links are attached by a nut (I9mm I think) but the you need a 30 torx on the end of the bolt to stop it rotating. I used a large ring spanner and the torx on my socket ratchet.
Matt advised first taking off the drop link connection and when re assembling, connect them first finger tight then the 13mm mounting bolts loosely so they are all located. Have fun, I did find that I am not as supple as I used to be scrabbling underneath the car😢.

Anti roll bar. I think it ties the two sides of the suspension together so the car doesn't roll as much in corners. The stiffer it is, the less the car rolls, but the less compliant it is too.

Probably.
