Theoretical DB7 troubleshooting?

I have an opportunity to buy a 2002 V12 DB7 convertible for under $10,000 US. The car doesn't run, has sat for several years, and the seller thinks the problem is electrical. I've done some reading on this sort of issue and like to imagine myself to be reasonably handy, Any idea what I might be getting myself into?
