I've just booked a Eurotunnel crossing for the early hours of Saturday morning, returning very late on Sunday evening...

Well, the other half said she wanted to go to Paris for her birthday...I just don't think she really planned on travelling by TVR!!!

One slight flaw in my plan however, I need a hotel in Paris for the Saturday night, with secure parking for the Tuscan.

Any recommendations?

Don't know your budget, but George Cinq (4 seasons) rocks. Just off Champs Elysee too.....(I'm afraid Prada, Gucci & Louis V are all closeby though )

What's your Budget? I'd recommend getting the Time Out Paris guide and see if there are any offers.

www.timeout.com/paris/hotels/

I've staying in Hotel Lenox a few times although I didn't have a car so not sure if it's got secure parking

You could try Paris Hilton.

Just type paris hilton into Google Images, you'll never look back.

I've stayed at Le Parc Paris Sofitel a couple of times and been impressed with the service. Not sure about parking though.

Sofitel have several other hotels -

Remember seeing a Ferrari 550 parked out the front of one of the ones near the Champs Elysées

I stay here, and recommend it.

At the Arc end of Champs Elysees. Last year our room had view of Arc and Tour Eiffel. Not all rooms have this view but you can eat on the roof garden - fantastic view over Paris.

Also recommend Georges on top of the Pompidou Centre for dinner - stunning views, great to be up high and watch the lights on the Tour Eiffel.

Paris was interviewed on SNL by Jimmy Fallon, brilliant. She's dreamy.

JF: Thanks for coming on. As we agreed, we won't be discussing the scandal that's been in the papers these past couple weeks. We just want to find out about you, Paris Hilton. So, you're family, the Hiltons, own hotels all over the world, right?

PH: Yes, they're in New York, London, Paris.

JF: Oh wait, so there actually is a Paris Hilton?

PH: Yes, there is.

JF: Is it hard to get into the Paris Hilton?

PH: Actually, it's a very exclusive hotel, no matter what you've heard.

JF: I hear the Paris Hilton is very beautiful.

PH: I'm glad you've heard that.

JF: Do they allow double occupancy at the Paris Hilton?

PH: No.

JF: Is the Paris Hilton roomy?

PARIS: It might be for you, but most people find it very comfortable.

JF: I'm a VIP. I may need to go in the back entrance.

PH: It doesn't matter who you are. It's not gonna happen.

JF: Fair enough, okay. I throw a lot of events. Do they have ballrooms there?

PH: We do.

JF: Great, I'd love to have my balls held by the Paris Hilton. Sounds awesome. I'd like to check into the Paris Hilton.

PH: I don't think you can.

JF: Really? I'd only be able to stay there a minute and a half...two minutes, tops.

PH: Good luck.

JF: Paris Hilton!
