Electric mirrors relay

Evening all
Right I’m gradually rebuilding my door panels and checking wiring and operation of circuits and I’m a bit flummoxed currently with the electric adjustable mirrors. My mirrors are only going up and down even when using the joystick left and right.
Looking at circuit diagrams am I correct in that the relay to swap up and down to left and right is the relay hiding in the drivers door (rhd)?
Could this relay if stuck only give the same operation regardless if the joystick is moved up and down or left and right?
