G82 xDrive - was xDrive standard after a certain point?

Hi All - as it says in the title, I know xDrive was optional on cars a few months after launch, but I haven't seen any used ones from 22/23 without it. Did it just become a standard feature where you couldn't then buy a 2WD M4? And if so, do we know when it became std?

I'm not a 100% sure, but I believe that they dropped RWD for the gentle LCI/facelift models with the new/updated front and rear lights. They went xDrive only with those models.

Yeah, makes sense. Having written my original post above, I've now found a 2023 non-xdrive car for sale Seems to be in the minority...
