Impossible to heel toe throttle pedal way lower than brake

I should have posted this allot earlier but on my 1993 eunos my throttle pedal is way lower than my brake and I need to fix it really it's annoying lol ever since I've had this car last October.

I've posted on a few places and no one can give me a definitive answer it doesnt look like it's broken or anything. One thing I did spot is on the top of throttle pedal I have 3 stoppers rather than one on my friends cars I'm guessing he's done this due to the throttle cable?

I've uploaded an image it may be tricky to see because I nearly got stuck getting under there lol but you'll see there's 3 spacers on it rekon that's my issue?

Under the hood use the 2 12mm nut on the cable retention bracket near throttle body to raise or lower the gas pedal position.

I couldn't work out what you were referring to in the photo.

Cheers I'll take a look I should have circled it but on top right you can see 3 spacers a yellow one a grey and a black

Ah, yes, I see them now. I'll have a look at mine at some point to see if it's similar.
