Clutch and shift fork parts availability?

Recently botched and slave cylinder install on my 1994 Griffith 500. Fork and pushrod dropped off the shaft upon removal. Since I’ll be pulling the gearbox to remedy this I figured I’d go ahead and put in a new clutch kit as well. This is where the problem lies.

I’ve checked my usual online parts warehouses no luck on a kit or the fork, rod, slipper pads, and plastic clip. I’d like to purchase everything in one place if possible.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. I’m located in the colonies so supplier would have to be willing to ship.
