Tickets sold out. Can you visit and look around the cars as a normal castle visitor? Or is the show area cordoned off completely?
That's a good question, I've been a couple of times in the past and it looks like it maybe a cordoned off event, however it's not like everyone is wearing lanyards or wrist bracelets. So you could potentially hop the fence and no one would be any wiser.Ah, that explains some of the cars I spotted visiting my Dad today (Nottingham to North Lincs and back). A very tidy blue Ford Orion on the Lincoln bypass was the highlight.
I looked at going to FOTU after I watched HubNuts coverage of it, but it seemed like a massive price hike this year (and I don't think he attended), so I gave it a swerve, I am booked again for the second Rustival, and the RetroPower Den launch party though.

Does anyone know what won the concours?
Hi-lux.I thought it was one of those crazy expensive full strip total nut & bolt restoration better than it ever was new job.
My mind was blown when I discovered it was original and had done 20k. It looked like a new delivery mileage to me.
Great show. Loved the Autozam AZ-1 sandwiched between Senator and Merc. Yours for £25k as well. Sat through the Smith and Sniff podcast, Silvia ‘Qs’ gave me Gran Turismo flashbacks, immaculate CRX VTEC, 8v Integrale and my best mate’s first two cars back in the 80s, a Datsun 120A and Renault 12. The ones on show today were less crashed than his however.
