We have lived a few miles away from Stonor Park for nearly 30yrs but have never been, mainly because their events for American cars, VWs and Supercars (all of which I am interested in) always unfortunately seem to clash with us doing something else.
However this year we have had to cancel some weekend plans so it looks like we can make it.

For those with tickets, the entrance fee on Sunday includes admission to the Tumblestone Hollow adventure playground, which has captured the attention of our 9yo! I am hoping to be able to gawp at some metal in peace whilst he goes in there.

So dogs are ok out on the field where the cars are, but no the other areas of Stoner Park ?

We went to this yesterday - been going for a few years and with some exceptions (that are great when all said and done) there's always plenty of cars we've not seen before.
The quality is so high, you hardly know where to look, the setting is beautiful, the owners are friendly, it's good value....you get the picture.
Range of cars from 1920s to the present day, so for those of us with a cultural interest (i.e. don't really know how things work and can't fix anything) you've got the history of America laid out on a field!

I went along with my 9yo son, we had a fantastic time.
He was probably more interested in Tumblestone Hollow than the cars, but he took a lot of interest in the more modern Corvettes, especially the new blue Stingray. I loved all the 50s Americana, especially the several '59 Cadillacs on display and various Chevy Bel Airs. Both of which would find a place in my lottery winning garage.
Big thanks to the owner of the Ford Country Squire who was happy to chat all about it and let my lad sit in the back, it was quirkily brilliant.
