Hi all,
I've been thinking of starting up a business myself for a little while now. I've always had a passion for food and such, and would love to open my own bar/restaurant, I'm acutely aware fo the relevant pitfalls and failures on this type of venture, but you only get one go in this life, so I thought what the hell.
Mainly I was wondering whether there is any good literature anyone can recommend that I can use for research that might be able to give me some insight or advice that I can use.
I know talking to people that have done it is good advice, which I'm currently doing, but hard facts are needed as well as experience.
I'm literally in the very early stages of this and have done nothing yet, but I'm trying to get a feel for whether its feasible.
