Quick release steering wheel

Hi all.

A quick question. Have any of you fitted a quick release steering wheel where you still use the original wheel? pros/cons and what make?

Complete waste of time in my opinion, ive had them on 2 cars ive owned (Not Tvrs) and never used them.
I removed one from my current Lotus as the play in it was horrific and spoilt the steering feel, more often than not it moves the steering wheel closer to you too which wont work for some.
If you really want to do it it maybe give these guys a call.

That's the big one for me. I don't see how you can add something in and not have the wheel closer to your body and personally I'd like to be able to move mine away a bit. Linked to that are issues of safety and insurance impact.
