French chap who arranged drives out for sports cars?

Quick question: who was the French chap who arranged drives out for sports cars? He was based in Kent and only 2 door cars were allowed to attend. I think he formed a club and they had a few meetings at stately homes? This was back in late 2020/2021. I used to see updates but it all seems to have dropped off my radar and I can't remember what it was called nor where I used to see notifictations!

Look for Propulsion Club on Facebook. I think he stopped doing the drives, and started to focus more on events/meetings.
