I've just fallen victim to one of the sickest practical jokes/wind-ups I've ever heard of. Is there any way I can trace the numbers that have called my BT line in the last 3-4 days?

Call BT and get on to the malicious calls department - my dad had to deal with them a while back and they were very good.

Cheers,
Rob.

Dial the operator and ask for the nuisance calls section. Depending on what has happened they may be able to help.

Hope you are ok.

To put it into context. I've been seeing a woman, lets call her M, on and off, nothing deep and meaningful - just some fun. We stopped seeing each other but are still friends.

Friday night I get a weird call from someone saying that she is M's mother and that her dad, who has been ill, died on Friday morning. I checked the number of the call to see whether it was from M's house so I could pop around and see her and it was local, but I never recorded it. Why would I?

I immediately phone M on her mobile and get no answer, nothing weird there as I never answered my phone for a while when my dad died. I leave her a message saying I'm sorry, anything I can do to help etc etc and then left her alone all weekend.
Today I'm talking to my mate who was seeing M's cousin. He knows nothing about her dad's death and knows for a fact that M has been on the piss all weekend with her cousin. Odd I think, but different people handle it different ways etc.

Today I go and see her and she's totally normal. I come away from her house a little confused and text her again to offer her support etc. She texted me back saying she was OK but was having a bad time because her dad was having tests next week!! Erm.......the sickest wind-up ever?

Chavs learn that phoning people up late at night can be as distressing to them as nicking stuff of them.

Some very sick sados around I am afraid.

This wasn't random chavs, this was someone who knew stuff.
