brake judder from over 50 mph

Hi all,
i have a new to me 2016 xc70
just recently i have brake judder through the steering wheel from speeds over 45-50
this does not happen at lower speeds
Does this suggest front disc's/pads are warped?
the car has only done just over 40k and I suspect these may be the original disc's

Sounds like warped brake discs but why are they warped? It could be the hubs. Have the wheels been refurbished incorrectly?

One of the wheels R/N/S was refurbished in the last year, but it was front discs. I have had them replaced and now all OK
I just expected them to last longer than 40k
