We’ve a Godin stove needing some chimney tlc and a sweep. Any recommendations appreciated 16480 code.

Just search for a chimney sweep of installer on google maps. A few come up near you.

Thanks, we’ve tried a few locals without success. Silanes in Chalais, shop in town and you’d think they’ll want the business but despite making 2 appointments they never showed up.

Most I knew when we were there , me included, just did it themselves with brushes and rods from one of the brico places .

Look up a sweep called Jennings. He’s around 16500 I think.

Thanks, we tried him but he says it’s too far to travel. Godin requires a new U exit pipe and flange and lower pipe and that’s before the camera scope goes up to maybe find more of the same.
