Electrical Connections-de pin

I have a 430 Griffith. I am having the clear window replaced in the folding roof. The wiring for the courtesy light has a plug on it but it won’t fit through the hole in the fibreglass. Does anyone know how to depin these? I have slid out a plastic plate but can’t get the pins out. There does not look like a metal tab but I can’t see one.

You can then see that the pins have 2 latches that hold them in the housing (same applies to both male and female pins).
You need a very fine screwdriver to press these latches in until the pin releases.
For re-assembly you first need to fold the latches out again.
