Long shot - anyone live near Gretna and can spare an hour?

A mate is on his way south to York but the 2CV broke its alternator belt and he’s stuck in Gretna with a flat battery.
He’s fitted a new belt and has jump leads, but the ETA for the RAC is 3 hours from now (and it’s too flat to start on the handle).

Anyone able to help out….? If so, post on here and I’ll DM you some details!

Push start it will be fine.

Many a time on a 2cv have i done this.
