F22 M235i LED only partly on?

So I was walking back to my car and it looked like only half of the DRL was on when I unlocked the car. It seems to just be on the passenger side for the inner DRL. It looks like maybe half of the light has failed?
Is this even possible or could it be a dodgy connection somewhere?
What are my options for fixes?
