Even so, it's a great looking engine, especially in that enamelled yellow. It's always a pleasure to pop a bonnet and see a clean, handsome work of engineering underneath, rather than a riot of tortured pipes and crossed wires.

Its one of the loveliest pieces of engineering art i have seen in the automotive world, along with 351 cleveland and the 426 Hemi, its amazing to think that 6-7 years ago i openend the bonnet/hood and said no way,and here i am

Yes its sad to see about Mike, such a shame seeing he is also such an honest grafter still sometimes these things happen for a reason,my parts missed Katrina by a whisker, still they could always be replaced.
Its gonna be exciting to see how all the mods have worked out and something i am really looking forward to as doing so much work for the first time on an LT5 is a milestone for me although if it ends in disaster or something goes wrong atleast ive had a go,guess it will be 'lets go again'
