Got my first gig of 2025 booked in... Pantera at the NEC in Feb. I know it won't be the same without Dime and Vinnie, but the new lineup seem to be doing a great job. I can't wait! Last time I saw them was Ozzfest in 1998...

Not booked tickets, but this is the only gig I'm looking at for next year at Leeds, floor tickets still available, but its a bit pricey, only thing that putting me off. Saw them at Wolverhampton Civic supported by Downset and they were brutal.

Was that on the Far Beyond Driven tour? If so, that was the first time I'd seen them and it was incredible!

It's definitely pricey, but for me it's a chance to see them again after more than 25 years and I didn't want to miss it!

Fantastic! biggrin Downset are ace! They played the Underworld last week I believe. Would love to see them live again. They released a new album in 2022.

The Cureheads and Siouxsie and the Budgies gig I was supposed to go to mid August 2024 has been rescheduled until 1st August....2025!

Oh well, It'll be something in the calendar and I can get a refund if it doesn't match my plans by then.

Slam Dunk (North), May '25.

40+ bands inc. Alkaline Trio, Stray From The Path & New Found Glory, none of whom I've seen before, already announced.

£115 + £10 fees, 16% increase on 2024.

First Aid Kit in Stockholm in January. They are playing with a small orchestra.

Queued for ages online to get tickets and the only ones I could get might require a mirror on a stick to see the stage but really looking forward to it. Combing it with a long weekend to explore the city.

Lucky! I forgot to book when they went on sale, and when I got round to looking it was only nosebleed seats.

Second one booked in, Iron Maiden in Brum, June. Can't wait as they always put on an amazing show!

Iron Maiden - NIA - June

I'm more than tempted to go see Napalm Death with Crowbar and some other bands on the 'Campaign for Musical Destruction 2025' tour, but that will have to wait 'til payday, as my wallet just took a battering biggrin
