Anyone know of any deals on a cardo packtalk edge?
Maybe in europe, but without ridiculous amounts of import tax?
Travelling to prague and tenerife soon.

Not idea on the product but it isn't bloody import tax - its VAT!

When you mail order from abroad, and you are unlucky, you pay vat, you pay import duty and there is usually a ridiculous service charge from the courier as well. The 3 of the combined are colloquially referred to as import tax by normal people for brevity. Thanks for the correction though Mr Logic.

Where abouts are you based op?

I know of two people who had them for a week and may gladly get rid - ie no real need for a £290 device since the trip it was bought for.

A few days ago they had some Cardo cash back offers.
Do a search on Google.
It’s also worth mentioning most biker YouTubers have discount codes for shops so you’ll save some dollar that way, also use cash back sites for more money back.
Gotta be smart.

Sorry pal, I was grumpy this morning. I'm used to the usual brexit complaints etc and the ignorance of how it works sometimes.

No probs, hopefully you taken my reply in the jest it was intended.
I dont mind the vat component, as i use my bike for work i can probably get the vat back, but the dhl etc admin fee always sticks in my throat, they already charge a ton for international shipping, they are really just double dipping.
I ordered a pair of cardo spirits for £130 the pair, but if those used ones are a keen price I have a short return window, i would have preferred packtalk but they are silly money, you can use the spirits paired to your phone and do a whatsapp group call for all i would use the mesh function, its mostly for talking to my pillion my cheap chinese intercom failed.

Wrong end of the isle I’m afraid.

Probably easier for you to shop around at this point.

I've had to get a sena for my wife. I'd prefer for us both to get the packtalk but I've searched for a while now and can't find any decent offers.

So we have the sena 20s evo coming from sportsbikeshop this morning for £165

I looked at sena, but i ride in the rain and mud a lot and have to do a of deep water crossings to get to my favourite offroad spot, the senas are reputed to not like getting wet, and reportedly the warranty is hit or miss for water damage. Pretty sure it was water ingress that killed my chinese one.

Spirits arrived, sound quality is very good even with the 32mm speakers, and the 3.5mm jack is useful as i have a pair of sennheiser noise isolating earbuds that plug right in and mean i can isolate wind noise and still hear my navigation directions clearly at 25% volume. For phone calls other end cant tell i am on a bike. Not tried pillion intercom yet but away out for a run with a pillion this afternoon.
