Best options for viewing at home?
Discussion
I subscribed to Discovery Plus last year and that seemed good - I've since moved to Sky TV and recently realised that Discovery + is a free add-on for those with a Sky TV sub. Might be useful to anyone else who didn't realise.
Am I right in thinking that the D+ coverage isn't littered with ads every 15 mins like Eurosport is?

Taking out a full Eurosport Player subscription for 1 month is by probably the best option, as it gives you the full suite of camers/ad free feed.
I think there's also streaming through the (ever constantly name changing FIA app). Currently called "24H LE MANS TV" but will no doubt change back to "FIA WEC" after the race.

WEC app is probably the best way - it works on mobile devices and has a browser-based video player. I'll connect a laptop to my TV and use it as a full screen. It also lets you have access to all the different official feeds, live timing etc.

I don't know why they keep renaming it, seems very odd.//j17 said:
Seem to remember Eurosport being slightly cheaper than the FIA app - but now it's Discovery+ it seems to have jumped up to almost twice the cost of the FIA app, so FIA app!
There's several different prices for the Disco+ app depending which channels you get (the most expensive versions include lots of Association Football). You might also be able to get a free 7-day trail via Amazon Prime.

Only had a quick look and they are REALLY pushing their full subscription - to the point I never saw any other options than the £30.99/month one!You might also be able to get a free 7-day trail via Amazon Prime.
Word of caution on the Amazon Prime trial - certainly when I used it (for the first Covid Le Mans) it only gave you a couple of feeds. For the 'real thing' you needed a Eurosport Player (as was) subscription.
I just took a brief glance, but it seems like they are really pushing the full subscription—I never saw any alternatives to the £30.99/month one!
A word of caution with the Amazon Prime trial: it only provided a few feeds when I tried it (for the first Covid Le Mans). The'real thing' required a membership to Eurosport Player (as was).
Through the lens of a camera, photographers can capture moments in time, and platforms like https://vscosearch.org/ help them discover and share visual memories

So finally found some prices via https://www.discoveryplus.com/gb/ and clicking "Sign Up" - looks like £6.99 to get motorsports, so cheaper than FIA app.
Couldn't use the link to https://get.discoveryplus.com - because I get a security warning/block, "get.discoveryplus.com uses security technology that is outdated and vulnerable to attack. An attacker could easily reveal information which you thought to be safe.". Quality bit of incompetence at discoveryplus there!

Discovery+ via Amazon @ £6.99 for a month - appears that you can cancel anytime - which I'll do on Sunday evening. Assume that you probably need an Amazon account to do this.
Via Amazon Prime Video app it's working (live cycling on at the moment), so should sync with my TV at home later for FP & quali.

Discovery+ without Amazon is the same price and can also be cancelled at any time - but gives you more feeds so would be a better choice IMO.//j17 said:

I access Eurosport via Amazon Prime on my smart TV. Is there anyway i can kill the adverts accessing the race this way. There appears to be an advert free option to tick via prime (which is an £8.99 outlay, but i don’t know whether this extends to the additional discovery plus and eurosport option??
