I'd have one if I lived in a city... I don't, thank god. But they do make sense for those circumstances.

It's funny though when they pull up next to you and hold the brake whilst burning the clutch (or whatever these things use move) out. One blip usually shuts them up

Hi matt
I had one race me at the main (prison) roundabout in stafford, he got away slightly quicker but he soon moved when he realised he was gonna get A 2ton Turbocharged saab up his rear.

Why is it that the slower a scooter is the more noise it makes?.

I would have a rule that any Scooter that makes a higher level of noise (in Decibels) than the cc of the engine should be crushed.

FHM this month had nothing better to do than fit NOS to a scooter for a laugh, its top end speed jumped from a measley 30mph to a slightly more impressive 48mph.

I suspect that once the chavs read that (can they read??), you are going to see a lot more of these on the roads.

LOL I have a shitty 50cc that is totally falling appart, and derestricted (Not noisy though.....).

It is so practical in the city that I nearly never take my car now during the week.

It looks shit, but it is faster than an Enzo in traffic, think about that one. Always first at traffic light (So annoying for cars....).

You know what ? I love riding that thing !!

(It is good to know that there is also better metal available in the garage for week ends though.....

Me and my bro hired 2 scooters to go and do a 'short way round' in Cuba. loved every minute of it! Only did about 35mph, but we must have done half of the Island! was great fun./ As I said, if I lived in a city, I would have one!
