I wouldn't bother trying to learn what a similie or a metaphor is. Spelin and punctuashun are the important things!

i was just talking to a colleague and we were saying how hard we found the similie bit but how easy we found the spelling of those words - presumably because it's spelling that's important at the end of the day so you probably try harder to refine it..

simile [Show phonetics]
noun [C or U]
(the use of) an expression comparing one thing with another, always including the words `as' or `like':
The lines 'She walks in beauty, like the night...' from Byron's poem contain a simile.

Always handy to have this open when reading one of Derestrictor's posts

Swot.

Bring on the Maths!

Seriously I bet more PHers do well at the Maths as a result of having at numerate jobs (although I acknowledge the presence of quite a lot of Law people).

20/20. Not that difficult and made even easier by being multiple choice.
