Sure if you dig enough you may find there's a story there somewhere.
Prices do seem like they are dropping especially on the higher mileage average examples with £45K and £49,950
asked recently , Only one out of three Gallardo's sold at Iconic Auction over the weekend which went for £48,000 hammer price with
only 32,000 miles,
I thought it might be that car just from the OPer's wording. 
So if it's an import, is it mainly because we don't really know the mileage? If it was say £52k, could that actually be a bargain if it really has say 50k miles on it? Nicely run in etc. I suppose having a full service history with invoices of work done would be unlikely.

Prices are getting tempting. It would offset the £5kpa slush fund nicely. I'm baulking at paying £60k+ for one and then having to chuck £5k a year at it. Paying £50k doesn't seem so bad as I'd only own it for a year or two. Sure if you dig enough you may find there's a story there somewhere.

Was browsing Gallardos today on AT and am shocked at how much the prices have fallen in a couple of years, Gen 1 and LPs.
On topic - I saw that specific car when browing was shocked it has the same super cheap and s
t head unit in it as I stuffed in my Transit van. A super basic pioneer unit. Most odd. You can grab one for £30 on ebay.

My thoughts being if it was a jap import nissan skyline no one would bat an eye lid, as its a lambo it worries us.
A wise inspection, long with a saving on price then researching its history abroad whilst owning it might make it worth a good investment not dropping much vs the dealer priced cars at the minute.
I'll let you know if I spot anything unusual

You're right about the Skyline import thing. I've bought 2 Skylines that were imports. Didn't even think about the history. Mind you, they were under £20k at the time so relatively cheap compared to the Lambo.Sarnie said:

I have suspected something, the reg is no longer on the car, ive left messages and had a text from a mobile, called the mobile and it was a tesco mobile answer machine. Exactly that, Autotrader and PH are littered with ads of cars that are too good to be true. You call and email and never get a response, they just want to harvest your contact details.
