Anyone used them? I'm sure I've seen them mentioned on here before?

I fancy a new shed and looking at Tigers website their shiplap pent roof with double doors fits the bill.
I've emailed them to see if they can do a special size (7ft x 5ft)

12mm floor could be a bit bouncy. And can you get in without bashing your head?

I ordered a new shed last autumn and used a local company who hand make anything to spec. Definitely above yer average internet shed.

Googling ‘tiger sheds pistonheads’ will bring up loads of other threads. General consensus is they’re pretty decent for a kit.

I've one, it's okay. No better than the local indy place though.

I have had my Apex 10x6 for 6 years. No problems.
Don't find the 12mm T&G floor bouncy

My brother in law ordered one and we built it last year, though it was well made and good value for money.

No opinion on that supplier, but most cheap sheds are delivered with pretty crappy roofing felt - Particularly for a pent roof, it’s worth considering upgrading to an EPDM roof while the shed is new/clean and its easy to do, rather than having to sort it out in a few years when the supplied felt inevitably fails…

Yes good point. May as well start with a sound roof.

I see they do different grades/thicknesses of EPDM - 1,2mm, 1.5mm thick etc. I suppose the thicker the better but then it gets expensive.

We bought one 4 years ago - I was distinctly under-impressed re quality against the summerhouse we bought elsewhere the year after.
4 years on we are about to have to empty the shed and push it all back together as it is starting to fall apart...

reasonable price against other similar ones, so yes value for money is okay - but I wouldn't say that they have much intrinsic quality to them...

Someone I know got a T+G shed from there, probably a "premium" (ish) range product, and quite impressed tbh. Loads of nails supplied, thing appears very sturdy and was easy to put together aside from being quite heavy, but that's a good thing.

I'll be going for one of their shiplap sheds, not overlap. But I'll have a hunt for a local shed supplier too.

I’ve got one - it’s decent, happy with it.

I have just put up a 6 x 8 pent Tiger shed with double doors last weekend, only difference to your illustration is that it is windowless. Assembly was straightforward and build quality is good. I bought an EPDM sheet separately to roof it as this was at a better price than the Tiger sheds option. Just outfitting it now with some extra security and solar lighting now.

I have one and it’s not bad, but I’ve nothing to compare it with.

When it was delivered, one panel had some splits in it;
I sent them a photo of it and they swiftly delivered a replacement panel.

Three weeks after emailing Tiger Sheds to ask if they could make one of their sheds a bespoke size of 7x5 instead of 8x6 they finally replied, and no they can't. That's fair enough but taking three weeks to reply to a potential customer who wants to hand over their money to them is quite poor going, imagine if I was already a customer who had a problem with a shed i'd bought from them??

The dropped a shed on my Boxster, and refused to deal with.

Appalling customer service. Avoid.

I'd like a double door pent tool shed like this one that Tiger sell, but theirs is overlap boards which I'm not a fan of and they can bow and twist, shiplap would be better but I'm struggling to find one anywhere.

What size are you after? I have a similar Keter plastic one that is still looking great after 8 years under a tree. Only had to power wash it once and adjust a hinge once during that time.

Tiger shed do that but slightly bigger - I know because I bought one 10 years ago and it's just about to give out (cosmetically - a few years left in it otherwise)

Had mine 7 years. I used a 3 coat wood stain and used another layer of quality felt and had no issues. It’s far better than a diy shop shed.
