Audi Erwin - can't find option to view service history?

I've just gone onto Erwin to add an oil change, and cannot find the digital service history anymore. It used to appear under Product and Services, now all I see is this



I can pay the flat rate to get access, but I'm uncertain if this will give me access to the service record. I've never had to pay for it before, just have a business account. Any ideas?

Definitely the right place; email Lexcomm support, they're usually pretty quick to reply.
