Keane

Went to see Keane earlier this week on a whim. The standing ticket was something like £85 but I got it for £36 on a resale site (very nervous that it wouldn't scan on entry!).

I liked a couple of songs and heard 3 or 4 more. I've since discovered a few more.

Overall the show was good - not bad but not great.

It feel very polished and standard - but no real emotion or spontaneity. Most of the songs are 3-4 minutes long.

First big gig I have been to since Covid so has made me want to go to another.

I’ve never seen Keane but I really like their music, particularly the Hometown album. Well produced easy listening. I want Watch How You Go played at my funeral!

Keane bring back some great memories of some good times with an old 'friend'

We saw them at the brixton academy when they did a show for War Child along with Lily Allen, petshop boys and a few smaller bands. Was a good show and they did a great version of under Pressure

Not a bad show but I wouldn't pay the ticket fee of £85 - its also way higher in London I believe.
