Staff were filmed hitting, kicking and leaving special school pupils in their own urine, the BBC has found.
As the father of a child with disabilities, high on the Autism Spectrum Disorder, and chronic self-harm, these stories make me physically nauseous. This is not the first instance of this type of activity.
We, as a family, have to consider about our daughter's future, and based on these experiences, the possibility of something similar happening to her is miserable..

What on earth goes through people's heads when they treat others in this manner? Why did they apply and Why did they get the job in the first place?
