Brake disc lathe/skimmng

Got some rather expensive (E46 CSL) rotors that have picked up a bit of a wobble through under use and corrosion but still well over min thickness - I'm usually well in the 'just replace' themn camp but they are not cheap.

Anyone know of someone trustworthy (who actually knows what they are doing, not just a tyre shop with an expensive tool in the corner that no-one knows how to use) with a brake disc lathe who could skim them for a reasonable price? Leeds/York/Selby ish area if preferable.
