Experiences of Alphabet leasing?

Just dealt with them for my Nissan Ariya via excite car leasing. Seems to be fairly quick. Cross fingers.

They are owned by BMW Group. We act as brokers for most major funders including Alphabet who are very professional and you should have no problem.

We tend to find bad reviews are from people that feel hard done by, often because they have gone over mileage, damaged the car, missed servicing etc and wonder why they have been charged.

Our company car scheme is through them so it's a little different to personal leasing.

Not great as a whole, but we have one dedicated account manager to deal with 100+ users so they are spread thinly (and it shows with speed of comms)

On the other hand, pretty slick when it comes to servicing, tyres and other issues.

We have them at work and no complaints - certainly they are no better/worse than other funders. Key IMO, is in the individuals who manage the account which may not be applicable for a personal lease.

Mostly they use big companies like FMG/IT Fleet/BCA/AA/Kwik Fit for their outsourced services like accident management & breakdowns and for servicing they use 1-Link network which is what most of the other biggies use too.

Just going through another tender with them, hence why I'm quite up to speed on this.

Had a RR from them in 2017, was delayed and they made the dealer drop off what was an even higher spec demonstrator for a month until the specced one arrived.

I had the LR service pack bought separately so didn’t have to deal with them for that.

No charges on return, and in fairness there were a few things of they felt like looking.
