When - or if - you get to speak to a human they always seem so surprised that you fire

Assuming you've learned from this before, you may be able to contain the blood pressure at point of human 'contact' the next time. So you answer all their intrusive questions while they type it in like a chimp at the piano ...and then they transfer you to someone else ...who asks the same

I think they moved call centres to Asia because it's too far to go to choke the living sh*t out of the 'customer service representatives'. "Health and Safety" and all that.

And iver just tried ringing my broadband provider and they have cut me off
Might have to "cut off" my payments to them then if they cant be bothered to help
