They’re a good car, reliable and the 1.5 is economical and revs out well. It’ll do more than 40 mpg too.

Can’t comment on that specific car other than the dealer seems to have put it up by over a grand in the last month, so I would try negotiate that or possibly find a better value example.

I’ve bought MX5s from Chris before. He is a good guy and only sources/sells quality examples.

Bought my MX-5 from Chris. Was a very smooth deal and he only sells ND MX-5s so is extremely knowledgeable about them.

It's a known fact that all MX5's go up in value by a grand at the start of spring wink

Many online sources mention that Mazda paint is extremely thin and chips v. easily, and the Soul Red and Machine Grey colours are the hardest of all to repair... Mazda use a "bespoke" painting process that your average bodyshop will struggle to replicate.

I'm looking for a 2019+ Mazda3 and the paint issues are putting me off a bit. Seems PPF or a ceramic coating are mandatory for Mazdas !

Red one was sold - popped over today and bought the black one.

Low miles, one owner, good spec, still over a year of warranty.

The red was a lovely colour.

That’s my old one I just traded in. Absolutely perfect car. One lady owned before me. I’m ridiculously fussy, never parked in a supermarket etc. I had it 2 years, sorned from October to April each year.

Ceramic coated including wheels, sport tech so has the matrix lights, lsd, bilstein suspension, heated leather and Bose sound. I also added the official mazda uprated suspension set up and had it aligned.

I also extended the Mazda warranty when it expired in June/3 years. Serviced in Mazda every June on the button on time rather than miles.

Only changed as we’ve a wee one and needed a back seat now, otherwise would have gone nowhere, had a 1.5 for 2 years before that and they’re just a superb platform. Took me a while to find something I enjoyed driving almost as much.

It’ll cost you a few quid in a boat but they have some negotiation room on what they allowed me. Feel free to pm me for figures.

Yours looks looks great but as it was for my daughter, a 1.5 un modified one was required.

It is un modified but yeah the 1.5 is easier to insure, does 5 more mpg and is still good to drive.
