The Mustang looks like a good family car to me, although the number of youtube videos of people putting it sideways over a kerb when leaving car meets in even the bone-dry does not inspire confidence... lol

- driving the solid rear axle ones
- have some difficulties understanding car physics
- are not really qualified to steer a powerful car
- are a good laugh anyway
These S550 Mustangs are a bargain for what they are, and it can haul lots of stuff, really practical.
Still mourning the sale of mine somehow, was an almost perfect car for me.

My nipper works at the docks driving the cars on the boats, anything from Mini's to Rollers,
But the mainstay are Range Rovers and Jag's,mainly F Types,
The first thing the drivers do is press the sport button so you can imagine the noise from a convoy of maybe 10 V8 F Types
all in sport mode, Having to pass their boss's office on route they put the cars on normal mode having passed his office they are back in sport
again, It must sound like armageddon against the high sided building especially on the night shift,
That is precisely why he thinks i should buy one as a daily instead of a late Mach1 or Bullitt,
Did see a convertible up on a dealers stand at the NEC at the weekend in a great colour that i've never seen before ,it was like new and up for £34K,
Looked good value compared to most yanks , that money will only buy you a driver of a E Type needing a full restoration,
It was sold later in the afternoon and i'm not surprised.
My mates bought a V6 supercharged one and keeps telling me i should buy one but definitely not with a V6,
My only problem is how do i stop the car trying to turn into every golf course it pass's as i consider them more of a
tweedy golfers car than hot rodders,

I think you would be very lucky to get a golf bag in that boot, already thinking about taking the parcel shelf out to get 2 small cases inBut the mainstay are Range Rovers and Jag's,mainly F Types,

My brother is obsessed with golf,before he buys a car he has to see if his clubs and trolley fit even before his wife sits in the car,Hope the sun comes out for you on Saterday , Enjoy

I think I would need to get onto some proper training if one of these or a Monaro was ever on the table (the other 'family car' that seems to be V8 and good value
) but both are still somewhat rich for my current budget... lolcroyde said:
