Hi
Recent purchase of a 2019 Alpine. Is it normal for the left hand wiper to spray more liquid than the right? No obvious blockages or is it a hangover from being designed as a left hand drive?

Don't think it's a design based issue (my experience same as the other) - you'll see the fluid comes out of an array of small holes in the blade holder; I can only assume you might have a blockage or restriction in those, or the hose feeding them. That hose is an incredibly tight fit, but does sound like you've good cause to investigate.

Drivers side washers on my car stopped working. The supply pipe to the wiper arm was pulled and kinked just under the screen ( need to remove plastic cover from above frunk) freed the pipe and washers are fine ( for an Alpine)

I haven't noticed this, but I wonder if the dissimilar length of each blade might make a difference? Same water pressure/shorter blade = more flow?
