X5 G05 40d software reset or broken?

I bought a brand new X5 last March so on its 1st birthday it’s decided to produce its first issue.

Drivers window won’t go up or down and the memory seats button , the 1 and 2 buttons and the passenger seat button all on the drivers door card not working. All other switch’s like central locking, mirrors and windows are fine.

Hoping not to go to dealer and wondered if it could be software or fuse?

Can’t read codes so thought it was worth asking here first?

In all honesty; take it to the dealer and get them to sort it... Whilst it's still under warranty; you don't want to be trying to fix issues yourself IMO

This! It won’t be a fuse.

wont be fixing myself when its under warranty, the thread was more to see if others had found the same and if it was software related or something I had missed. I have called my woeful dealer who have suggested as they are busy to get BMW assistance to look at it first which is fine as I am at home anyway.

Will see what they say then have to book it in no doubt.
