Need a new set of tyres for my F15

Every time it's a pain. I have the god damn 20 inch staggered set, plus I need run flats, so the list of options is down to almost nothing. I was looking for winter tyres in December and had to take the only available option in the entire country. Now I need summer tyre set - 275/40 R20 front and 315/35 R20 rear.
So far my "top" options are:
Michelin Latitude Sport 3 Zero Pressure
Continental Sport Contact 5 SUV SSR
All sorts of mixed reviews on these two.
I know that Michelin has a newer generation, Pilot Sport 4 SUV out, but guess what, no sizes available that I need.
Any comments on these two or alternative suggestions?

with xDrive, you are better off sticking with * marked (BMW Spec) tyres which does limit choice.
we have experience of Pirelli P-Zero (* marked) and they have been ok, seem to last quite well and are easily available for our x3 with 20 inch wheels quite easily.
I have also used P-Zeros on RWD BMWs as well as Michelin Super Sports on the same car, Super Sports where better (quieter, better ride) but didnt last as long.
I usually use Tyres on the Drive as they are competitive and they can get out to fit within a day or 2.

Yes, Black Circles is where I pulled these 2 choices from. By the way, "PS4 SUV", which I'm guessing is Michelin Pilot Sport 4 SUV don't exist there in my sizes, or at least not Run Flat, which is a requirement. I would prefer these tyres if they were available, actually.Either that or it a postcode availability thing.

Yes, the two options that I've listed in my original post are indeed marked as "Designed for BMW" on Black Circles, so I assume that means they have the star. I have Bridgestone Dueler tyres on my F15.
Do you experience uneven tyre wear? Mine always wear excessively on the inside edges, despite the wheel alignment being correct. I’m lucky to get 15k miles at £1,000 per set
I ran non run flats on my old F25 X3 for a while and the ride was much better. I’ve heard non run flats might not suffer so much with uneven wear, and are significantly cheaper. I don’t want to be caught out with a puncture though because we live in a rural area

Yeah, I was told my wheel alignment wasn't too bad, but I couldn't do it at the time, because apparently the bolts are rusted to ѕhit, so I have a booking to solve that, hopefully. Right now I have probably the worst possible combo - 20 inch staggered set of winter tyres with not perfect wheel alignment, so I'm afraid to even compare the wear.Do you experience uneven tyre wear? I was torn about the run flats as well, but on December when I was looking for winter tyres, there were no options of non run flats for my sizes, not even all seasons.
