Jeep Compass 2.2 Water Pump

Hello,

Anyone by chance breaking, know someone breaking or know anywhere I can get a water pump for my 2014 Jeep Compass 2.2?
They're about a grand new and I can't really afford to spend that especially as it needs another couple hundred quids worth of work doing on top and it's mot next month which we were trying to get it ready for untjl the pump went.

I've tried scrap yards and they don't seem to have them anywhere but open to any suggestions I may have missed as well.

Its a Mercedes engine so if you have the engine code it should be pretty simple to find a waterpump?

I tried this yesterday but didn't get very far, I may have been looking at the wrong pump though.
I was going to see if Mercedes would point me in the right direction just to confirm.

I rang them yesterday and unfortunately that part goes as quickly as the car comes in!
They said try ringing every other day and trying my luck which is the plan, it's still just under £600 used though from them!
A saving but still quite a dent in my wallet.

Looks like a Compass was dropped off today, still intact in the compound so probably worth ringing them first thing Monday

I actually bought a full jeep with MOT being sold as spares/repairs.
The repairs are Aircon/heating and a puncture.
Paid £1300 delivered so I've got a full set of spares although my mates have convinced me to strip it and turn it into a weekend vehicle for a bit of fun so I now have my first project car
