Hi Duncan,

Is there a serviceable VIN or any other chassis identification number on the vehicle?

I scoured the images and cannot see anything. If you do have this, would you mind providing it?

A few other questions:

1. What size and make are the slicks on the car now?
2. What is the size, width and offset of the rims?
3. In the video, the car can be heard stalling from idle shortly after startup. Does the car start and idle properly?
4. Have any major structural modifications been made to the chassis/suspension/bodywork other than what's readily apparent in the pictures (rollcage, rear wing, etc...)

Also, I would be shipping the car to Canada, so I might need some flexibility on pickup date (need to fly there). Is that something you would be comfortable with?

Cheers,
Owen

Hi Owen,

There is no VIN. My understanding is that this car was gifted to the Lead Engineer of the project when it closed and was only ever intended to be a race car.
1 and 2. I’ll get details of the tyres and wheels shortly (I’m not with the car today)
3. Yes it starts, runs an idles. It hadn’t been started for a couple of months so was a little spluttery.
4. The rear wing is not standard and the standard, chrome toll hoop has been replaced with a proper roll cage.

With regards to collection/shipping that is no problem. I can even help to arrange shipping for if you like. I ship cars around the world quite often anyway.

Thanks,
Duncan

Tyres are 225/620 R17 and 205/620 R17.

Just waiting to hear back on the wheels.
