Trouble connecting Torque app to 2015 Mazda MX-5 - "No Bluet

I'm trying to connect the Torque app to my 2015 Mazda MX-5, but I keep getting a "No Bluetooth adapter found" error. I've checked that Bluetooth is enabled on both my phone and the car, and I've tried restarting both devices. Any ideas what might be causing this issue?
