One of my faves for blatting is Bartender & the Thief by the Stereophonics. Don't know why but when its loud I just want to drive.

Excellent choice. The liberal use of the 'push' makes it a speeding hazard!

The Prodigy - Music for the Jilted Generation actually contains some of the best 'hard' driving tracks going :

Speedway
Voodoo People
No Good (Start the Dance) - possibly my favorite 'dance' track of all time
The Heat
Claustrophobic Sting

Just a warning tho people - at some point during those tracks you will look at your speedo and think, "Holy poo!".

Never play songs because:

1) I heard nothing with my noisy and loud machine when driving hard

2) I'm always driving hard


PS: Rob d "clubbed to death" (Matrix soundtrack) could be perfect

I like listening to the Swordfish soundtrack in my Tuscan sometimes some Nine Inch Nails and also some of the tracks PhantomPH mentioned

For me thats a different type of music altogether, Marvin Gaye along with Sam Cooke have been on my home stereo for quite some time as they're great lounging tracks. For driving though I need something harder!

It depends what type of drive...
If you are with a Tuscan along the french riviera with the top off, i promiss you Marvin Gaye is a good solution!!
